2017 Motorfest Entry Forms now live

Aintree Circuit Club is delighted to announce that we are now accepting entries for Motorfest and the Ormskirk Concours.

Due to the increasing popularity of the event, especially with the Public, safety and marshalling/stewarding costs have risen considerably so we are introducing a nominal admin fee of just £10 for those participants wishing to take part in the parades.

If you wish to just enjoy Motorfest in the park, you can enter as  a static display for free.

We will be limiting parade entries to 150 with the park limited to 250 cars.

We have also increased the capacity of the Concours to 50 vehicles, due to increasing popularity.

Official Entry List

The Official Entry List for the 2016 Motorfest is now available to download. For participants, please note your Display location. A link for participants to download Final Instructions will be emailed later today which will contain details of display locations, timings and procedures for the event.

Participants Final Instructions

TO ALL PARTICIPANTS

Please note: these have not been despatched yet as we are still finalising vehicle placings and parades.

These will be sent before the end of the week by email, so we would ask that participants do not send emails asking when finals will be sent.
